CBShop is a real Overloon company.

Since 1972, the shop CBShop has been active in Overloon. First under the name Peeters Antennebouw. ​​Overloon has traditionally been known for the National War and Resistance Museum. Known to many people from the school trip there. Nowadays it is a tourist village where there is plenty to do.

CBShop has also played a role in propelling Overloon into the mainstream. We once started by installing a Central Antenna System. (CAI)
Next to our building was a large antenna and many satellite dishes to provide Overloon with many television channels. Our cable network is now in the hands of Essent. However, we still have a whole antenna and dish park around the building. There are people who think they will find a department of the intelligence service here. All antennas and dishes are also used to try out various equipment.


Always in for new techniques and innovations, we are also co-initiators to get fast internet in Overloon (South Boxmeer). While Boxmeer center was equipped with ADSL, KPN and Essent were very hesitant to connect the "outer area". CBShop was represented in a working group to connect these areas to the information highway with fast wireless internet. Awakened by the great potential, there were ADSL and cable in Overloon quite quickly, after the plans for WIFI were finalized.

National War and Resistance Museum / Liberty Park

War belongs in a museum! The National War and Resistance Museum shows why: The scarcity, the fear, the courage, the improvisation talent and the humor that was needed to survive the war. History is depicted using authentic objects, documents, changing exhibitions and contemporary audiovisual resources.
Nowadays, Kling Kong can also be found there. Climbing through the Overloon trees in Liberty Park.

Zoo Parc Overloon

On an exciting safari through Zoo Parc Overloon!
In Overloon, Brabant, near forests and the Maas, lies the spacious Zoo Parc Overloon (18 hectares): an animal park with large, natural habitats and a botanical garden. Paths meander through the entire park that lead visitors past all the beautiful areas of the park. In Zoo Parc Overloon, people and animals are immersed in nature!
During the safari through Zoo Parc Overloon, beautiful vistas, vistas and special encounters with animals, such as cheetahs and white-cheeked gibbons, alternate. On the Maidan, a hilly and grassy valley with water features, visitors can follow the natural behaviour of the Indian antelopes, muntjacs, black storks and many more animals. The ring-tailed lemurs, white-faced lemurs and Bennett's wallabies also move freely among the visitors.
'Botanical Garden D'n Hof' was created in 1986 and is now part of Zoo Parc Overloon. The rhododendron valley, lily garden, pinetum, herb garden and the greenhouses with a large acacia and cactus collection can be admired here.
In the Kids Kingdom, children can really indulge themselves. On an adventure through their kingdom, children meet their favourite animals up close, such as meerkats, llamas, marmosets, raccoons, zebra mongooses, macaws and many other animal species.
In the Panda Pavilion, visitors can enjoy hot and cold refreshments. Part of the park and the playground can be admired from the terraces.
In addition to the many children's activities, educational activities are also offered. Beestenboel; the educational cart, gives a new perspective on the animal world and in the apiary the beekeeping association regularly gives beekeeping demonstrations.

Mountainbike route Overloon

Since November 2011 there is also a completely new Mountain bike / ATB route in and around Overloon. 32 km with many challenging single track kilometers where the necessary small hills have to be taken. This also makes the course technically challenging.
Start is at the Liberty Park in Overloon, where you can also park for free. The route is clearly indicated and can also be obtained on Garmin GPS.
