Prepayment with bank transfer
Prepayment means that after entering your order, you first transfer the order amount yourself to the CBShop account. This can be done, for example, with your bank's internet banking.

Prepayment is safe and does not involve any additional costs.
Please allow one to three working days for the transfer. When transferring, please mention the order number from your order confirmation
Upon receipt of your payment, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, after which we will usually send the order the same day.
Cancellation?
If you have already made your transfer but still decide to cancel, please contact our customer service. After you have provided your account number, your payment will be refunded quickly.
If the payment was made with iDeal or credit card, this is done via the payment provider.Mollie.

Account information
Always mention your order number when making your transfer. Our account information is on the invoice that you receive with your order.
We deliberately do not put our account number on our website, because we want to prevent people from transferring money without us knowing what for.
 

Do you have internet banking with ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank or Fortis?
Then consider IDEAL, an equally free payment method where you also pay via your trusted internet banking software. With iDEAL, however, CBShop knows immediately whether the payment has been approved. Your order will therefore be sent immediately, provided it is placed before 2 p.m.

Credit card and Pay Pal
At CBShop you can also pay with PayPal and with your MasterCard and VISA card. This is done via an SSL-secured server, which sends your credit card details encrypted.
Just like with iDeal, CBShop only receives a notification from our payment provider when the transaction has been completed.
If the transaction is successful, your order will be given the status completed in the webshop.
Your credit card details therefore remain safe! We only see whether payment has been made.
With PayPal payments, you will not automatically receive the status completed in the webshop after the transaction.
After we have received and checked the confirmation from PayPal via e-mail, a CBShop employee will set the status of your order to completed.

After verification, your order can be sent immediately: ordered before 2 p.m., delivered tomorrow!

Your credit card details are sent securely to the credit card issuer and are not stored.

CBShop charges 3% payment costs for PayPal payments.
Bad experiences in the past have made us decide to discourage this method of payment within the Netherlands.
Within the Netherlands, IDeal is the best solution for both customer and seller.
And the 3.5% costs that these payments entail are also a reason of course. We simply find them too high.
If you really want to pay with PayPal, we believe that you should pay most of these costs yourself..

This in addition to bank transfer, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

TAX-FREE PRICES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU.

On our website everyone sees the prices including 21% VAT. However, when you enter the shipping address of a country outside the EU when ordering, the webshop will deduct the VAT when paying.

Intra-Community DELIVERY TO COMPANIES WITHIN THE EU

This is possible when you select business intra-Community at checkout. We will then check whether the details are correct before we send it.
