New to President, the Harrison II has NRC. Noise Reduction Circuit. Noise reduction for both
Iincoming and outgoing signal. For clearer communication.
Especially with VOX handsfree, this is nice because the radio better filters out speech among the other noise.
Automatic SWR meter
The President Harrison 2 gives a sound signal to help set your swr.
From the menu you can set that. It then gives sound for 5 minutes and transmits itself without holding the microphone, as an indication if you are working on the antenna.
With 1.0 is beep continuous. The more off then the pauses are longer.
