Target Blu Eye CBShop edition
Target Blu Eye CBShop edition
The solution for multiple cars and ready to drive!
CBShop gets so much demand to make a ready-to-ride Target Ble Eye that can go from car to car immediately.
It's here now!
We will register the Blu Eye for you. It is then registered in your name through us at Target Automotive.
Then we put the latest software on it for you so it works immediately.
A special bendable antenna instead of the original antenna and a 12 volt universal cigarette plug is what makes our CBShop edition different.
This is a service for which we do not charge extra money. The car antenna is that we do not include because it is not needed makes all the difference.
New features are:
In the display it can show up to 3 vehicles at the same time with their strength signal, so you can see how close they are.
With the first system, for example, you saw an ambulance driving and assumed it was only giving the signal.
This made you feel safe, but you then just missed the police also driving near you at that time.
In a car with 2 Track VCD dipole antennas mounted, you can see on the display whether the signal is coming from the front or the back.
The blu eye 2 detects 800 channels, including high tetra c2000 recently brought into use within the EU
Does Target Blu Eye 2 function abroad?
The Tetra network for emergency services is also used in surrounding countries such as Belgium, Croatia, Germany (nationwide in 2014), Austria, Great Britain, Scandinavia, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Hungary and Italy.
Target Blu Eye is based on Tetra technology.
BE: In Belgium, the system is called ASTRID and Blu Eye functions very well in Belgium.
ES: In Spain, Blu Eyes functions in and around Barcelona and northern Spain. Guardia Civil uses the old TetraPol system and is not detected by Blu Eye.
NL: In the Netherlands the system is called C2000
UK: In the UK, the system is called AIRWAVE.
FRANCE: French authorities use an old TetraPol network. Blu Eye does not work on TetraPol because there is only one synchronization pulse per minute.
Audible alerts:
The communication system used by emergency services in your country generates four types of communication patterns.
Target Blu Eye recognizes all four patterns and produces four different acoustic signals.
All signals indicate the presence of an emergency service near you.
Read the user manual for more detailed information.
Visual alerts:
In addition to acoustic alerts, Target Blu Eye 2 also generates visual alerts through the signal strength meter on the control display.
If an emergency vehicle approaches you, no matter from which direction, the signal strength meter gives you an approximate distance between you and the emergency vehicle.
For more detailed information, go to the user manual.
Sensitivity Mode:
Two sensitivity modes can be selected on the Target Blu Eye 2 operation display:
1. Highway mode: in this mode, Target Blu Eye provides the highest sensitivity, allowing the system to recognize emergency vehicles at long distances.
2.City mode: in this mode, Target Blu Eye offers lower sensitivity. This mode is recommended for use in urban areas.
The detection range of Target Blu Eye 2 ranges from hundreds of meters to approximately one kilometer. The range depends on the sensitivity mode selected and the environment.

Increased road safety
The Police Snitch allows motorists to adjust their driving behavior by warning them in time for approaching emergency services. This not only increases the driver's safety, but also that of other road users. Receiving early warnings allows drivers to anticipate situations and adjust their speed or driving style if necessary, contributing to a safer road network for everyone.
Financial Benefits
The Police Snitch allows drivers to avoid speeding fines by being aware of nearby police vehicles. This proactive approach can lead to significant long-term savings, especially for drivers who are often on the road. The system not only helps them avoid fines, but also contributes to improved traffic discipline and responsible driving behavior.
Discreet operation
A notable feature of the Target Blu Eye 2 is its discreet functioning. Emergency services do not notice that their signals are being detected, so there is no disruption in their operations. This ensures that motorists are safely informed without affecting the operations of the emergency responders themselves, which is essential for both safety and privacy on the road.
Robust technology
The Police Telltale uses advanced TETRA technology, known for its high reliability and low latency in communications between emergency services. This ensures that motorists always have access to up-to-date information about nearby emergency vehicles. Thanks to networks such as C2000 and ASTRID, continuity in communication signals is ensured, which is crucial for improving road safety using modern technologies.
