The Uniden UBC D 3600 is capable of both DMR and NXDN,
As the first digital portable radio scanner, this scanner is suitable for the demanding radio listener.
Where with the Uniden SDS 100 NXDN is an option, with the 3600 XLT it is standard.
With hitherto unprecedented capabilities in a handheld radio scanner, this is a scanner prepared for the already increasing digital radio capabilities.
The 3600 XLT is a fullband scanner from 25 - 1300 MHZ
And with 85 channels per second very fast
Update your own firmware!
This is the first scanner where you can update the firmware yourself with the included USB cable and downloadable Sentinel software.
So new digital encodings or other future features can be downloaded.
Message recording
On the included sd card (on the box it says 4gb, but in our test sample was 8gb) you can record up to 4 minutes of audio and play it back3600
Close Call
This feature has been on Uniden radio scanners for a long time and is one of the nicest and most 0 features on a modern radio scanner.
The UBCD3600XLT immediately lets you hear what frequency is active in your area, and the display shows the frequency and any tone code. Now this function also works while scanning, but your scan channels are not interrupted by the close call.
Pager function
Don't know yet if it works with us. But in the USA it is so you can get the text pager of the fire department in, for example.
Trunktracker V scanner
Again, the UBCD 3600 XLT is further along in this. APCO 25 phase 1 and phase 2, DMR, Motorola, EDACS, EDACS ProVoice and LTR trunked systems, as well as conventional analog and P25 digital transmitters.
